    • Asian Snack Mix
    • (Printable Recipe)
    • 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
    • 2 cups sesame sticks
    • 1 cup wasabi peas
    • 1 cup chow mein noodles
    • 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
    • 6 Tbsp butter, melted
    • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
    • In a large bowl combine cereal, sesame sticks, wasabi peas, chow mein noodles and peanuts. Whisk together melted butter, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Pour over cereal mixture. Toss to coat thoroughly.
    • Spread mixture on rimmed baking sheet and bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
