    Ingredients

    • 1 ripe avocado, halved and pit removed
    • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro leaves
    • 1/4 cup Cacique® Crema Mexicana table cream, or sour cream
    • juice of 1 lime
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    • 3 cups coleslaw mix, or thinly sliced cabbage
    • 1/4 of a small red onion, sliced thin
    • 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro leaves
    • 1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and minced
    • juice of 2 limes
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon chile powder, New Mexico or ancho would be great
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
    • juice of 1/2 lime
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 4 4-ounce wild salmon fillets, skin on
