    • 1 cup brown sugar, (packed (I like dark, but light works great too))
    • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup heavy cream, (slightly warmed)
    • 4 ounces full fat cream cheese, (room temperature)
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, (room temperature)
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (OR 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract)
    • Pinch of ground cinnamon
    • Pinch of fine sea salt
