    Ingredients

    • 2 quart water
    • 1-2 lbs watermelon rind, sliced thin
    • 1 1/2 cups vinegar (white and/or apple cider)
    • 2 cups water
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 3 cinnamon sticks
    • 1 lemon, sliced thin
